A National Initiative from Ceca
Celebrating America’s Care Force is a national initiative that uses effective storytelling to highlight the invaluable contributions of care workers across the continuum of care—in hospitals, rehab facilities, skilled nursing centers, senior living communities, homecare and hospice organizations and more.
Ceca is a nonprofit dedicated to recognizing and rewarding exceptional caregivers who improve the human experience in care communities. We know that people are the backbone of the American care industry, providing compassionate care to millions of individuals every day. And with challenging and often stressful conditions where they provide critical services, Ceca believes deeply that caregivers’ contributions are worth honoring and that the industry is worth celebrating.
Ceca is joining forces with other industry advocates in a strategic collaboration to advance this mission, and we are asking for like-minded organizations far and wide to help share the call.

Sharing Stories of Caring: Recognize a Care Worker
Share stories of caring as part of Ceca’s Celebrating America’s Care Force initiative. Whether you are a resident, patient, client or family member who’s experienced exceptional care or you know a care worker who deserves to be recognized… Your story matters! By submitting a video or written testimonial, you can help us shine a light on the incredible efforts of those who care for others each and every day. Ceca will also be honoring select caregivers from the stories submitted through January 16, 2026 with national recognition and awards of up to $2,500. This year’s initiative is being powered by MemoryFox and sponsored by Holleran, Ohio Health Care Association, Pennsylvania Health Care Association and RB Health Partners! Join us in celebrating the compassion and dedication that make healthcare truly extraordinary. Your voice—and story—will inspire and uplift others!

Recognize a Care Worker For A National Award
__________________ is excited to join forces with Ceca for Celebrating America’s Care Force, a national initiative that uses effective storytelling to highlight the invaluable contributions of care workers across the continuum of care—in skilled nursing centers, senior living communities, hospitals, rehab facilities, homecare and hospice organizations and more. We know that people are the backbone of the American care industry, but we must also acknowledge that caregivers provide critical services under challenging and often stressful conditions. Thus, Ceca believes deeply that caregivers’ contributions are worth honoring and that the industry is worth celebrating.
We are asking our members to join us in advancing the Initiative by distributing the call to your leadership teams, staff and cared-for community. Share stories of caring through Ceca’s Celebrating America’s Care Force initiative. As part of the effort, Ceca will be honoring select caregivers with awards of up to $2,500. The deadline to submit stories for consideration for this year’s awards is January 16, 2026. This year’s initiative is being powered by MemoryFox and sponsored by Holleran, Ohio Health Care Association, Pennsylvania Health Care Association and RB Health Partners.
