Ceca Foundation partners with healthcare communities to recognize their outstanding caregivers. Our Ceca Award Program uses proven recognition techniques and innovative technology to celebrate high-touch acts of care. The Program positively impacts patients and builds staff engagement. In turn, our Healthcare Partners gain:

Our unique platform encourages all employees to participate. In addition to monthly or quarterly Ceca Award Honorees who receive a monetary award, another 25-30% of staff are nominated and publicly recognized over the year.

A turnkey, independent, and not-for-profit resource
Ceca operates the program and underwrites most funding requirements. The program package includes Ceca’s proprietary software platform, program marketing and operations support, and monetary awards for honorees. This promotes maintenance of employee engagement and recognition efforts, and frees-up your resources for other priorities.
