Our Healthcare Employee Recognition Programs

Ceca partners with healthcare communities to more effectively recognize their outstanding caregivers by organizing Healthcare Staff Employee Recognition Programs. The Ceca Award program uses proven recognition techniques and innovative technology to celebrate high-touch acts of care that improve client satisfaction, and lower burnout and turnover.

Our unique platform serves both clinical and non-clinical team members. In addition to monthly or quarterly Ceca Award Honorees who receive a monetary award, another third of staff are publicly recognized throughout the year by Healthcare Staff Employee Recognition Programs.
