Operations Manager

The Operations Manager assists the CEO and Managing Director in launching and supporting healthcare partner programs. This includes onboarding of new facilities, collaborating on partner outreach, measuring results, automating systems and streamlining program processes.

Responsibilities

  • Part time split between our Georgetown headquarters and off-site visits
  • Program operations management (implementing and tracking initiatives, coordinating Ceca Award selection panels and award ceremonies, recruiting and working with volunteers, healthcare partner onboarding, refining and improving the Ceca Award website)
  • Ensuring system reliability and technology persistence both in-office and out in the field
  • Hands-on work with healthcare partner staff (training, adoption programs, etc.)

Qualifications

  • Organized. Keep track of action items, monitoring and adjudicating operating issues, etc.
  • Technical. Understanding of digital systems and how to troubleshoot
  • Analytical. Find ways to make systems and processes more efficient
  • Data oriented. You know how to use excel and track important program metrics
  • Proactive. Can work independently and see several steps ahead
  • Bonus points for: IT and web development experience

Compensation

Competitive and commensurate with experience.

Marketing Manager

The Marketing Manager assists the CEO and Managing Director in driving adoption in healthcare partner programs. This includes marketing (traditional and digital), caregiver outreach, tracking impact of initiatives and working with partners to expand participation.

Responsibilities

  • Part time split between our Georgetown headquarters and off-site visits
  • Partner account management (creative marketing, adoption, track performance metrics)
  • Creating content to be displayed on CecaTV monitors in partner facilities
  • Team with executive officers to support institutional sales, public outreach, PR and social media.

Qualifications

  • Energetic and fun. An outgoing personality who can talk with anyone
  • Persuasive. Help convince people to consistently and actively support our program
  • Proactive. Can work independently and see several steps ahead
  • Creative. Development of adoption and sales messaging and incentives
  • Bonus points for: graphic design experience

Compensation

Hourly and commensurate with experience.
