National Ceca Awards

Ceca is proud to honor caregivers nationally and internationally with a variety of awards that go beyond our traditional recognition programs with care partners, which alone have recognized nearly 15,000 caregivers.

Since 2014, Ceca has selected National Award Recipients annually, which are care workers that stand out among the rest for their true dedication and compassion to the field and those they care for. Starting in 2021, Ceca also began partnering with state and national associations to support multiple awards efforts across the country at a variety of industry conferences. Additionally, in 2022, Ceca partnered with Nurses for Global Impact, Inc. to recognize the first International Ceca Award Recipient.

In 2024, Ceca launched Celebrating America’s Care Force, a National Initiative that uses effective storytelling to highlight the invaluable contributions of care workers across the continuum of care—in hospitals, rehab facilities, skilled nursing centers, senior living communities, homecare and hospice organizations and more. We are joining forces with major industry advocates in a strategic collaboration to advance this mission and invite you to join us for this Initiative.

We are proud to continue to deliver on our Co-Founder’s vision and mission to recognize and reward caregivers that positively impact the lives of those they care, creating a quality and human-centric care experience.
