National Ceca Awards to Celebrate America’s Care Force

A National Mission-Driven Initiative

Care workers provide critical services in the most challenging of conditions, contributing to a shortfall of workers to care for future generations. These factors place significant pressure on those we rely on to be there when we need them the most.

It’s why we continue to grow Ceca’s National Awards Initiative, a mission-driven effort to recognize, reward and celebrate America’s care force through inspirational storytelling that highlights the invaluable contributions from workers across the continuum of care, including many acute, post-acute and long-term care providers across the country. Care professionals, patients, residents and families alike will be encouraged to share their positive and inspiring experiences.

As part of the ongoing effort, Ceca presents a prestigious group of individuals highlighted in these stories with National Ceca Awards, which includes cash prizes up to $2,500.
