People are the backbone of the American care industry, with workers providing essential services and compassionate care to millions of individuals every day. Even modern medical advances cannot erase human touch and the impact that it has on the healthcare experience.

At Ceca, we know caregivers’ contributions are worth honoring and that the industry is worth celebrating. But we must also acknowledge that healthcare workers are suffering from high levels of burnout, and chronic staffing shortages are straining the industry that we rely on to be there for us and our loved ones when we need it most.

That is why we created Celebrating America’s Care Force, a National Initiative that uses effective storytelling to highlight the invaluable contributions of care workers across the continuum of care—in hospitals, rehab facilities, skilled nursing centers, senior living communities, homecare and hospice organizations and more.
